Description
Young mare with the scope to make it at stud.
Madame Boitier is a lightly-raced 16.3hh(approx) and striking 5yo mare who never reached her full potential on the track but gives every indication she might in the breeding barn.
She was good enough to break her maiden status in a metropolitan BM70 at just her fourth start before stringing together a cluster of competitive Melbourne performances. After her most recent start connections decided that she'd be better suited at stud as a result of minor knee soreness that hindered the ability to train her as the miler she performs best as.
She's a standout when it comes to type and would lend herself well to a variety of stallions. Her pedigree speaks for itself being by Cox Plate-winning sire Ocean Park, out of Rose Alba who has had four to race for three winners including the versatile Unresolved (5 wins).
Inspections are welcome, she's a head-turner that won't disappoint in the flesh.
