RECONDITE (IRE) is a UK import we purchased at the Tattersalls Horses-In-Training Sale.

He’s gifted but ….. wow - he’s frustratingly injury prone! The Co-Ownership have run out of patience and on the eve of the yearling sales, they have said “enough is enough” and with their 2 winning photos on the wall, it’s time to say good-bye, to make room for the next crop of youngsters.

He is currently recuperating (again) and after the completion of this current short break, he will be ready to head back into a stable.

Declaration: Importantly, we advise that he is a true horse persons horse. He has a beautiful temperament, and he is a lovely type of individual, he just needs the kind hands of a horseperson who can polish him up to achieve his best.

If you are thinking of purchasing him and putting him into a sausage factory style training environment – then please “don’t buy him” because we don’t believe he would cope.

He needs a true “hands-on horseperson” to give him patience and the right amount of TLC and you could be handsomely rewarded.

You can see for yourself off his raceform, he has racing ability and a also terrific low Benchmark 64 rating, so he could be placed to advantage anywhere in Australia. He has the displayed ability to achieve, but he no longer suits our business model.
