Description

TYCOON’S GIRL is out of the Listed and Group placed FLYING SPUR mare OKAYLAH and by Champion stallion WRITTEN TYCOON and is being sold as a racing or breeding proposition unreserved.

She is a 3yo chestnut filly who is lightly raced and is being sold by owners to make way for their new stock - so she still has every opportunity to move up through the grades in the right hands before she heads to the breeding barn. With just the four starts to her name, she will provide her new owners a great thrill! She recently placed second by half a length over 1000m at Ballarat on the synthetic.

TYCOON GIRL’s dam OKAYLAH has had seven foals to race, of which six are winners including the six-time winning MARINE TREASURE who has had a superb career in Singapore winning close to S$400,000 in prizemoney.

Her dam is also a half-sister to the G3 AJC Tramway Handicap second place getter in that of KICK ‘N CHASE (by RED RANSOM) who won over $250,000, winning four races and placing in a further three stakes races.

WRITTEN TYCOON has had an incredible career at stud, with 48 stakes winners including G1 stars, CAPITALIST, PIPPE, OLE KIRK, TYCOON TARA, MUSIC MAGNATE, BOOKER, WRITTEN BY, DESPATCH and mare more! As a broodmare sire he is also beginning to hit his straps having produced the stakes winning PANCHO and G2 placed OSAMU, making this filly an attractive broodmare prospect post her racing career.
