Description
This colt comes from impressive a highly commercial Australian family. He is by Alabama Express. The sire of Alabama Express, Redoute’s Choice, is an Australian phenomenon, peerless in his achievements at stud and continues to build his legacy through exceptional sons and daughters. This colt was conceived from his first crop when Alabama Express stood for a fee of $27,500.
Trained by Mike Moroney, Alabama Express faced some of the best horses in the country under a tough run at Caulfield when he took out the WFA G1 C F Orr Stakes
This colt is out of Townsings Lass, an unraced Foxwedge mare. Her two most recent yearlings are an Impending colt that sold for $40,000 at the 2021 Melbourne Premier Sale; and a very attractive Frosted colt that made $250,000 earlier this year in January at the 2022 Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale. Townsings Lass is currently in foal to Darley Victoria's first season sire, Earthlight.
