Description
Silky Brown was a talented racemare who broke her maiden by 4.5 lengths at midweek metro level as a 2YO. She then progressed 2 starts later to race in the Group 1 JJ Atkins. When returning as a 3yo she won a trial and unfortunately sustained an injury requiring retirement.
She is offered in foal to HELLBENT who finished 2nd by winners in the just completed Australian First Season Sire contest behind Russian Revolution. Helbent has been unleashing a storm of winners all over the country in the past few weeks and looks an exciting young sire in the making. His yearlings averaged over 120k accross all yearling sales in 2022 and sold up to 460k.
The mares first foal ' Not Another' is a winner and has been racing competitively at Saturday Metropolitan grade. Her 2yo colt by Encryption has been purchased by Kevin Kemp, and she has a nice yearling filly by Spirit of Boom to be sold next year.
