DUAL-PURPOSE RACING and/or BREEDING PROPOSITION

Better Rush is a sound, fit, healthy, clean-winded 5-year-old Brown mare.

She is by BETTER THAN READY, from the dam ULTIMATE RUSH, a half-sister to Burdekin Blues, a speedster that won 11 races from 900 metres to 1200 metres headlined by the G2 Expressway Stakes and the G3 George Moore Stakes.

There are less opportunities for her at metropolitan grade in south-east Queensland and the owners are wanting to move her on as a dual-purpose racing and/or breeding proposition.

This mare should be well suited to a provincial or country area to be trained and race. She is a very easy horse to train and handle.

She has been a very consistent mare with a solid race record collecting more than $102k prizemoney to date from all but one of her 27 starts, with 4 wins from 1000-1100 metres, and 11 placings from 800-1200 metres.

As a broodmare prospect, she is a lovely type with a nature to match, going about her business with no fuss.
