Description
Zambezi River, by leading sire I Am Invincible was a $1.15 Million Dollar yearling at the 2021 Inglis Easter Yearling Sale.
He is a gelding who showed naturally ability in the early stages of his early career which enabled him to measure up in Breeders Plate at Randwick in November. He finished second, beaten 1 length by “Sejardan” and was sent for a spell following the run.
He is a horse that has continued to please the stable but unfortunately, he has lost his form on the track.
Zambezi River is a horse that will continue to improve with racing and once he regains some confidence, he has the ability to go on with the job at hand.
He is being sold as a sound, lightly raced, racing proposition. Unfortunately, he doesn’t fit the business model of racing colts for his ownership group so the decision has been made to move him on unreserved.
