Righteous Reign is an 11yo mare by Manhattan Rain, the sire of Golden Slipper winner She Will Reign. Manhattan Rain is already the broodmare sire of stakes winning mare Rainbiel, as well as stakes performers Midlife Crisis and Isles of Avalon.

She is a half-sister to the Group 2 winner Vormista (Testa Rossa), who also placed 2nd in three Group 1 contests. Vormista is the dam of outstanding juvenile Reemah (Redoute’s Choice), who was 2nd in the Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes and is closely related to this mare.

Righteous Reign is already the dam of two-time winning Toronado filly Highly Righteous, a $100 000 Melbourne Premier yearling. Her colt by Toronado was a $35 000 weanling purchase at the Great Southern Sale in 2022.

Righteous Reign foaled an impressive bay or brown filly by exciting first-season sire Tagaloa on 11th October 2022. Tagaloa was an elite 2yo winning the Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes at Caulfield. He currently stands at Yulong Stud for $30,250.

Righteous Reign and her filly are being sold as part of a breeding stock reduction and are available for inspection at Miranda Park. A breeding report will also be available.
