Description
Royal Pharoah is a 3yo gelding by American Pharoah who has raced on one occasion. He made his debut on the 15th of October at Newcastle over 1300m and he settled back in the field behind a slow speed. The race was dominated by the on-speed runners and the positive from the race was his work over the concluding stages, indicating he will only improve once he gets over a longer distance.
Royal Pharoah was given time in the early stages of his career to enable him to continue to develop and mature. He has furnished into a nice horse and he has a great attitude towards his work and races, and most of all, he hasn’t been over taxed and he has untapped ability.
He is being sold as a sound, lightly raced, racing proposition. Unfortunately, he doesn’t fit the business model of racing colts for his ownership group so the decision has been made to move him on unreserved.
