Description
Tuhinga is a lightly raced 4yo gelding by multiple Group winning sire Epaulette. He has raced on 13 occasions for 2 wins and 4 minor placings.
He was given time in the early stages of his career to enable him to continue to develop and mature. He has furnished into a nice horse and he has a great attitude towards his work and races, and most of all, he hasn’t been over taxed. He has raced competitively in metropolitan grade in NSW and the decision was made to transfer him to our Gold Coast stable for the remainder of the preparation whilst the Sydney Carnival is on.
He ran well in his first Queensland start on the 21st of September and in his most previous start he got caught three wide without cover and was forced to do to much work which tolled in the finish.
He has come through the run well and will have one final start for his current owners on the 26th of October.
Tuhinga is a sound straight forward easy gelding to do anything with and is being sold to pave wave for younger stock coming through the system.
