Description
SAMARITAN was a $550,000 yearling purchase from the 2021 Inglis Melbourne Premier Yearling Sale. A member of the iconic FALL ASPEN family, his dam is a half-sister to the Group 1 winner and stakes producing IRISH LIGHTS (dam of OMEI SWORD).
A late-maturing son of champion DUNDEEL, his ownership group have decided to move him on as they are looking to race horses in the Sydney Metropolitan area.
He has been raced out of his grade his last two starts, having shown an appreciation for longer distances and should therefore be well suited back to maiden grade and in an easier racing jurisdiction.
He is an easy horse on the track and around the stable, and would suit any riders.
He is currently spelling at Wild Oaks, to arrange inspection and vet please contact the farm. Please note the photos and video were taken after his most recent race on 5th November.
