Description
An attractive 3yo filly from the LONHRO mare OUR LONNIE, by the G1 Royal Ascot Queen Anne Stakes winner RIBCHESTER. This filly has plenty to offer!
With his progeny fresh to the track, RIBCHESTER has produced 6 stakes winners from his 61 winners to date. This includes G3 VRC Maribyrnong winner KRAKARIB who is in training with Simon Zahra.
SCAPINI has had just the 3 starts to date, so has every opportunity to break her maiden and work her way up through the grades for her new owners. She has been knocking on the door for a win having placed second at Mornington on the 28th of December. SCAPINI is being sold by her owners as they prefer to race stakes level fillies and feel she will not be up to that level.

SCAPINI hails from a prominent family with her dam OUR LONNIE being a half-sister to the superstar mare KIRRAMOSA who was crowned the Joint top 3yo Filly in New Zealand having won the G1 VRC Oaks and the G2 VRC Wakeful Stakes.
SCAPINI’s third dam is OLGA’S PAL who was Filly of the Year in New Zealand having secured 6 wins from 1000m to 2000m including the G1 NZ Thousand Guineas and G2 WRC Desert Gold Stakes amongst an incredible 14 further stakes placings. She then went on to produce the stakes winning ZAREYEV and stakes placed HOLY GRAIL and OLGAVICH.
