Description
This colt is being offered unreserved as part of an ongoing stock management programme by the breeders who run a select group of racing and breeding stock.
This colt is out of the well-bred, well-performed Encosta de Lago Mare Hoybell. A three-time winner in the city from 1100m to 1600m, Hoybell is out of the two-time G2-winning Stravinsky mare Satinka. A two-time winner at two, Satinka also placed in the G1 ARC Diamond Stakes and G1 Levin Classic.
From the immediate family of Group One winners Rangirandoo and Shout The Bar, this colt is bred on the same Pariah/Encosta de Lago cross as the Annabel Neasham-trained three-year-old Pinky, who is a winner this preparation over 1300m.
Sons of Redoute’s Choice have nicked very well with daughters of Encosta De Lago and Group One winners bred on this cross include Sword of State, Mighty Boss, Invader and Summer Passage.
