Description
Densy is a two-time winning German bred mare carrying a pregnancy to the exciting son of Deep Impact, Fierce Impact.
This is Densy’s second foal and the mating was specifically chosen given Deep Impact’s very potent record over Rock Of Gibraltar (28% SW/R) and Sadler’s Wells (18%SW/R) mares, both sires feature close up in Densy’s pedigree.
Densy stands at 16hh and is a good bodied, good natured mare with good bone for a European bred and raced mare. She has left a strong Fierce Impact colt that has been retained by her owners. The foal is considered commercial and may feature at 2024 yearling sales.
Fierce Impact covered impressive books of 143 and 152 mares in his first two seasons at stud and was supported by some of Australia’s best breeders. Deep Impact sons are beginning to make their presence felt in Australasia and it is the perfect time to buy a mare with an international pedigree in foal to a locally performed Group 1 winning son.
