Description
This filly is a quality, loose-walking weanling with good size and bone. She is the 7th foal from 5-time winning sprint mare Scatcat (Shaft) and is part of the first crop of foals by Kia Ora’s Prague (Redoute’s Choice) whose first book mares included G1 winner and producers.
Prague was a $1.7m yearling that won the G3 Pago Pago and G3 Canonbury Stakes at two (running a close second in the G1 Sires’ Produce) and followed up with formidable G1 sprint performances at three, incl the G1 All Aged & G1 Newmarket Hcp. His foals are being well received by breeders and have his quality.
Scatcat has produced 5-time winner Hateech (Sidestep) and dual winning filly Heavy Rotation (Real Impact (JPN)) who is still in work (trialled 5th Feb) and likely to add more wins to her record. Her 3yo Mantaro (Headwater) is in work with Rodney Northam.
Scatcat’s family has produced many multiple winners and is a real running family.
This filly is being sold as part of a bloodstock dispersal due and presents a seriously good pinhook or own and race opportunity. She is located at Holbrook Thoroughbreds in Gundy, NSW.
