Description
Dunara is lovely big roomy mare ready to start life as a broodmare.
She was just staring to mature as a race horse when an untimely tendon injury ended her racing prospects.
She has been well cared for in the 4 months since her injury and time has been taken before placing on the market. We believe in the welfare of our horses so a small reserve has been set.
She is lovely, easy to handle mare who has been very well educated.
She won her second start as a racehorse over 1500m and was very unlucky not win 2 or 3 more races in her first couple of preparations.
Dunara is very well related with lots of black type on her page. She is out of Teofilo mare who was a half to a Listed winner in Singapore and the well regarded Miss Helterskelter, Module, Prophets Thumb and More Prophets are also prominent.
Being by Poet’s Voice she also brings the highly regarded Dubawi as dam sire to any future breeding.
