Description
DAILY CHALLENGE & GRUNT(NZ) COLT
Daily Challenge is by current leading European broodmare sire Invincible Spirit out of the well related American Street Cry mare, Next Meeting. Her half sister Next to Excel (Exceed and Excel) is a winner and has recently retired for breeding.
Born in 2017, she is a young mare with only two foals both by Grunt on the ground. She is out of a half-sister to 2019 French Champion 2YO Filly Raffle Prize, a winner of two G2 races, one at Royal Ascot. Additionally, she was a dual G1 placed 2YO in the time honoured G1 Prix Morny (running second to now Sire, Earth Light) and G1 Newmarket Cheveley Park Stakes.
Daily Challenge’s pedigree provides breeders access to Europe’s most prolific bloodlines including Invincible Spirit, Street Cry, Pivotal and Daylami.
As a broodmare Sire, Invincible Spirit has had 11 group winners and 3 individual G1 winners including leading Australian Sprinter, Masked Crusader, winner of the G1 William Reid Stakes. As mentioned earlier, he is the current number 1 broodmare sire in Europe.
Daily Challenge is a strong, well built mare, has a lovely quiet nature and is a pleasure to handle. She is being offered empty giving breeders the opportunity for an early cover.

Additionally for sale is her colt by first season sire Grunt, foaled 1/10/22. He is a lovely, correct type with a really fluent and balanced action. Both are in excellent health and condition.
Grunt has had an exceptional start to his stallion career and has been very well received at auction by leading judges and stables. This is further proven by his 2023 sales averages at the Australian Premier auctions. His top priced filly selling for $340,000 at the 2023 Magic Millions, Gold Coast. He recently sired his first 2 year old winner when the extremely promising Veight won impressively by 6L on debut.
