Description
YOUNG DANZERO MARE WITH AN EARLY COVER TO HEADWATER
Miss Danzka is a winning half-sister to Stakes winner TORRA BAY which is the family of speedy types Haut Brion Her (Zoustar) and Karacatis (Hussonet). Miss Danzka was a lightly raced sprinter who has already produced a winner in First Point (Husson). Her 3YO colt River Danzka (Headwater) is in training with Brad Widdup and has been placed on two occasions including a second in the $200,000 2yo Inglis Challenge on Scone Cup day, from only five starts. Her 2yo colt by Star Turn was sold at the 2022 Inglis Easter Yearling Sale for $80,000 to Kevin Dagg Bloodstock. Miss Danzka is an easy breeder and a quality type standing approximately 16hh.
She is carrying an early pregnancy to HEADWATER who was leading First Season Sire by Winners (equal) in 2019-20 and CHAMPION Second Season Sire in 2020-21. He has sired 12 Stakes Horses from just four crops of racing age, including JAMAEA, MILEVA, AITCH TWO OH, and WISDOM OF WATER. He is the sire of 125 winners and has progeny earning over $14million.
