Young, unraced mare ALBERGA is in foal to FIORENTE (LSD 15/9/22) and is being sold with a quality FIORENTE filly at foot (DOB 20/8/22).
FIORENTE has a proven affinity with this pedigree with ALBERGA’s half-brothers HAWKSHOT & POWER SCHEME both by the dual Gr.1 winner & $6.2m earner.
HAWKSHOT (10-3:4:0 $540,850) was a 2YO debut winner, before taking out the Gr.2 Autumn Stakes and running second behind MYSTIC JOURNEY in the Gr.1 Australian Guineas. He was subsequently sold for a seven-figure sum to Hong Kong, where he was a winner & multiple placegetter, adding a further $700k to his prizemoney total under the new racing name Beauty Legacy.
POWER SCHEME (20-4:3:3 $485,960) won the Listed Fernhill Stakes as a 2YO and won a further 3 metropolitan races as well as being Gr.3 placed as a 3YO & 4YO in the Carbine Club and Eclipse Stakes.
