Description
Young, unraced mare out of a stakes horse and a half-sister to two stakes horses.
Namoi is out of the 5-time winner and stakes placed mare Prairie Star and is a half-sister to Gr.3 placed and Gr.1 4th Fortress Command (4 wins & $211,415), as well as the Gr.3 runner-up Leotie (3 wins & $115,350) – herself the dam of stakes placed Prairie Flower (3 wins & $142,700).
This is a current commercial pedigree page with mares in the family being covered by the likes of So You Think, Pierro, Home Affairs, Tarzino, Russian Camelot, Blue Point etc during the 2022 breeding season.
Namoi is an exceptional type and was accepted into the 2019 Easter Yearling Sale before being withdrawn prior to the sale to be retained by owners.
Namoi is being sold with a quality Fiorente filly at foot (DOB 24/8/22). She had a difficult foaling and was not covered in 2022, however she has healed and is perfectly sound for an early cover this season (vet report attached).
