Deja Boom is a lightly raced son of Spirit of Boom out of the classy 4 time winning mare SNIPZU. Deja Boom is trained by Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott who showed a lot of promise in his first race campaign where he finished 4th in a race which has produced 3 winners who finished behind this gelding.
At the end of his first campaign he was sore and was sent for a scintigraphy scan and found to be sore in the pelvis but he has been in the paddock since the 28th of December 2022 and has come through his issue with eased and the extra time in the paddock has allowed him to furnish and grow into a bigger stronger horse
