Description

Blue Diamond Prelude winner Hanseatic had his first two weanlings sell at last week’s Inglis Weanling Sale, with a colt from Adorabeel realizing $145,000, selling to Sullivan Bloodstock, and a filly from Not A Happy Camper realizing $85,000, selling to Sledemere Stud/Cangon Stud.

This attractive, correct, well-grown colt is the first foal for Starspangledbanner mare Sodalicious who is a daughter of the very good American mare Wild Mia.

A Stakes winner on the turf at two, Wild Mia also placed second in the Group Two Churchill Downs Mrs Revere Stakes and the Group Two Santa Anita Santa Ana Stakes. This is also the immediate family of Horse of The Year and Champion Three-Year-Old Second Reality.

This colt would be a lovely pinhook or racing prospect and is well worth inspection.
