Description

Divine Nature is a young mare with a tremendous commercial pedigree, out of a champion 2yo no less! She is out of VICTORY VEIN, a champion of her generation, a 12 time winner including twice at Gr.1 level in the Sires Produce and Champagne Stakes. This also makes her a three-quarter in blood to the Gr.2 winning mare SOOKIE (13-4:3:0 $224,910), who in turn is the dam of the dual Gr.1 winning SHADOW HERO (16-4:1:3 $1,877,960). This represents a incredibly ‘active’ family, with several closely related fillies and mares now visiting stallions which include Pierro, Spirit Of Boom, Justify, Palace Pier etc and we are likely to see this pedigree grow significantly in the coming years.

She is already a proven producer with a 100% record with her progeny, two runners for two winners who have won six individual races between them. She also has an unraced 2yo colt by HELLBENT to run for her, followed by a yearling by ZOUSAIN, which realised $50,000 at this years Inglis Classic sale.

Divine Nature is being sold back in foal to highly touted son of Zoustar, ZOUSAIN. An incredibly well performed son of champion elect Zoustar, Zousain was a Group Two winning juvenile and rather unluckily was beaten less than half a length in three Group ones (twice behind The Autumn Sun and once behind Sunlight!) Zousain has been a hit with breeders ever since stepping foot into the illustrious Widden stallion barn, covering close to 600 mares in three seasons at stud! His progeny have quality, presence and strength. It’s not hard to see why they were in such demand at the yearling sales, with his first crop selling up to $650,000 and averaging almost seven times service fee!
