Description
Dress is an Australian winning daughter of Kingman, carrying a positive pregnancy to exciting young sire Harry Angel. She is a strong and compact mare, has a lovely temperament and is easy to handle in every way. I have retained her first filly foal by Grunt but have decided to reduce mare numbers.
Dress is the first foal out of the internationally bred Rail Link mare, Cross Cave. Her half-brother, by Grunt, was sold for $220,000 at the 2022 Sydney Classic Sale.
Dress is sold in foal to World champion sprinter Harry Angel, who is off to a flying start in Australia. He has already sired 5 winners (3 stakes) including the Listed winner and Blue Diamond placed Arkansaw Kid in his first season. Harry Angel is currently third on the first season sires list and has sold yearlings for up to $400,000 at this years sales. In Europe, Harry Angel is currently leading second-season sire AND leading European three-year-old sire.
Kingman’s racing success saw him claim 4 individual G1 victories at the highest level, taking out the European Champion 3YO Miler and sharing the European 3YO Champion Colt title. Standing for a fee of £125,000 at Juddmonte Farm, he is the Sire of 14 Group winners winners in 2022 as well as being the second fastest stallion to sire 50 Northern Hemisphere-bred stakes winners behind only Frankel.
