4yo Mare By Helmet out of six time winning mare, Matilda Bird.

A mare that had been crying out for a decent barrier on a dry track. She got both at Narrandera and won accordingly.

She had been luckless at her previous runs behind some promising Riverina gallopers and with a change of luck, on a Good 4 track she was able to win convincingly.

In breaking her maiden, she ran 57.79 for the 1000m which was 0.33 seconds quicker than the Class 1, 1000m event ran on the same day.

Being sold as her owner has five two year olds coming along and needs to move some stock on to focus on the younger horses.

Sold as a sound, in form, race fit horse.
