A rare opportunity presents to get involved in an exciting racing prospect. Impressive winner two starts back at Gosford and a strong second placing last start at Hawkesbury, with a 5% share becoming available.
Epicus is a lightly raced 3yo Capitalist gelding with plenty of upside. He was purchased by Calibre Racing Group off Inglis Digital just 6 weeks ago for $44k and is still BOBS eligible. He has already accumulated $62k in prize money for his new owners in that time.
He was previously trained by Chris Waller but has since been moved to Kristen Buchanan at Wyong. On the 25th May he destroyed his opposition at Gosford to break his maiden, taking his career stats to 7-1:1:1.
Impressive winner at Newcastle on 24th June in Class 1 Handicap over 1400m where he blew his competition away.
Nominated for the midway at Rosehill on Saturday 1/7 but also looking at the Grafton Guineas in 2 weeks.
