Description

RIPPER SHANK is an attractive 3yo gelding by Astern from the Rock Of Gibraltar mare, Tarique.

He has only had six lifetime starts, for two third placings. In this current preparation, he has never been further than 3 lengths from the winner.

He has a wonderful nature and is a pleasure to deal with, both on the ground and under saddle.

He stands 16.1hh

Ripper Shank is a young, lightly raced gelding who still has plenty of upside. He may be better placed racing in an easier jurisdiction. He is being sold as he is not up to the metropolitan level that his current ownership group require.

He has been spelling since his last race start on the 30th of June 2023 but could come back in tork if his new owners desired.
