Description
This lovely, roomy filly, has been broken in and won’t disappoint on looks and conformation.
Like her siblings and extended family, she was showing terrific early ability under saddle and her ownership group were optimistic of racetrack success. Unfortunately, she sustained a small fracture to a knee in a practice jump out. Given a risk free return to racing was unlikely, the decision was made to retire her to the breeding barn. She has since recovered successfully and is paddock sound.
This filly is out of the CHOISIR mare CAN SHE PLAY which means that she is bred on one of I AM INVINCIBLE'S most successful crosses. To date it has produced 12 winners from 12 runners and a 25% Stakes winners to runners rate with prizemoney earnings nearing $5million (headlined by Coolmore Stakes & Newmarket Hcp winner IN SECRET) .
CAN SHE PLAY produced two multiple winners from just four to race.
Both race winning siblings of this filly displayed well above average ability before racetrack injuries unfortunately cut short their racing careers .
Her half sister ,RUMBLE DOLL won twice from just 5 starts - winning at Sandown and also at Bendigo in a SUPER VOBIS GOLD race. Trainer Henry Dwyer felt she had stakes class ability. She finished a close and unlucky second to STAKES winner TARAAYEF at Moonee Valley while herself beating home a quality field including multiple STAKES WINNERS ABSOLUTE FLIRT and MYSTICAL PURSUIT.
RUMBLE DOLL has been retired to the breeding barn and has a SIDESTEP filly and a MICROPHONE colt yet to race for her and is expected to foal down to MICROPHONE again this coming season.
RUMBLE DOLL's half brother CAN BE BOSSY also showed well above average ability winning twice from just 5 career starts . In his final race in the SPARK OF LIFE OPEN 3YO Handicap at Rosehill he finished just 5 lengths astern of the multiple EVEREST winning REDZEL.
This filly stands at 16hh, has plenty of scope, a kind temperament, and is easy to handle and float.
