Description

Magazine is a very lightly raced, just turned 4yo mare by Magnus, only having had the 2 starts to date. She is a nice style of mare (as you will see in the photos and video) and is sound and with no issues.

Her record on paper does not reflect her true ability. She has shown more in her work at home then we see on race day. Her first ever trial at Hawkesbury was quite good but we haven’t seen her replicate that on race day.

She just needs a hands-on approach, someone who is willing to spend a bit of time with her to enable her to produce her best on race day. A change of environment might bring the best out of her and she may just prove to be a great bargain buy for someone willing to take a punt on her.

She would suit a small provincial/country stable, maybe in North QLD where she can be placed right to build her confidence. She can win races in the country and possibly provincial grade if someone can get the best out of her.

She stands at approximately 16hh and weighs approximately 500kg.
