Description

Tavisteel is a lovely five year old mare by Tavistock out of Yulong April and purchased from Yulong Stud.

She is the winner of 3 races between 1400-1850m is was metropolitan placed at Moonee Valley in February this year. She is a versatile galloper who runs well fresh and has been competitive up to 2200m in metropolitan and strong country races on the Victorian circuit. This mare would be very suitable to a slightly lesser jurisdiction and would be city class in SA, WA or QLD. She has a great attitude and tries hard every time she goes around.

Her owners are looking to move her on concentrate on younger stock. She is sound, race fit and ready to go to her new home and will make a lovely broodmare when her racing career is over.
