Description

Born to Run is owned by a large syndicate in NZ that have no interest in breeding, hence the availability for sale.

She is a metropolitan winner in Adelaide over 1100m, by Per Incanto, 16.0 hands and her racing weight was 530kg. She is a big scopey mare and ready for her first season at Stud.

This is a family littered with black type performers from both sides of the Tasman, including two Australian Group One winners Acushla Marie and the Emirates Stakes winning Hucklebuck as well as the Group One placed Bon's A Pearla, Kalamata and Irish Opera.

Her three quarter brother, named Keating, was a $200,000 purchase at the 2022 Karaka yearling sale and Per Incanto as a broodmare sire has certainly started off in the right track with five stakes performers from a small pool of runners.

Having only bred from Acushla Marie and her daughters/ grand daughters etc. I have been delighted to witness the great record of winners in Australia from the family.
