Description

A lightly raced I Am Invincible gelding that is a winner and twice placed from only nine starts.

CONCENTRIC is by the champion sire in I Am Invincible out of 4 time metropolitan winner and stakes placed Pindan Pearl.

Concentric had an embargo on him after being a late scratching at Bendigo as he was playing up in the mounting yard and then dumping the jockey as he went to get on. His poor result first up this time in at Werribee was due to him playing up pre race and bolting on the clerk of the course which should've led to him being scratched.

His trial before his last start at Seymour was very impressive and he's a horse that's shown a great deal of ability both in trials and at trackwork but his manners on raceday have generally let him down and they did so at Seymour where he spent all his energy pre race and subsequently couldn't finish off.

He is still quite immature and would benefit from a good break so he can come back fresh for a new team with a new mindset. He is a horse that is on his last warning with Victorian stewards and the majority of owners have voted to sell as they would prefer to concentrate on other stock.

He will need patience and a confident rider / educator and would benefit from an easier jurisdiction interstate where hopefully a fresh start and patient approach can bring about the best in him . At his best, he is more than capable to be returning to the winners stall.
