Description

OUR FRANKIE is ready to win in easier grade.

She’s a tough old mare that is just struggling to break through in the tough provincial/ country area of Newcastle.

She is only lightly raced having been a top 5 performer on 8 occasions from just 12 starts. She is effective on all ground having been placed on Good Tracks, Soft Tracks and running 4th on Heavy tracks. Which is opportune for her new connections, you can continue to race her now whilst she is fit and ready to go and then she’ll be ready for her second prep for you in the cool and wet winter months.

We’ve tried her a couple of times at a mile and 1500m but her best form has been at 1200 to 1400m, with a quick freshen she’ll be ready to come back in trip and get that maiden win.

My owners have invested into younger stock, so now is the time to say goodbye to Our Frankie.

She still has plenty to offer and would make a competitive horse not taking on the big stables each start around this tougher jurisdiction. She has a favourable racing pattern and good gate speed so she would be ideally placed in FNQ, SA or the Territory.

She is offered UNRESERVED to ensure all prospective buyers can bid and buy with confidence.

I recommend Our Frankie to any new home that will give her the best opportunity to break through for that elusive Win and then go through her grades.

Our Frankie is a lovely, quiet horse that a young apprentice learning to ride would flourish on, whilst also being an absolute sweetheart for more experienced riders.
