Description

Majestic Style arrived at the Paul Perry stables in Newcastle in mid August. She has made an immediate impact, winning 2nd up at Gosford in dominant fashion. Her final 200m sectionals on that day were 11.82 and 11.89. Only one other horse broke 11.90 and she was able to do it twice. This run indicated a step up in distance would suit and as such she is engaged to race at Gosford on Thursday 2 November.

Originally sold at the 2021 Karaka National Yearling sale for NZ$170,000, Majestic Style has had a promising start to her race track career with many excellent runs on Metropolitan and Provincial tracks in Melbourne.

On Boxing Day 2022, she finished a close up fourth beaten just over two lengths by Group one Derby winner Dunkel, with the third horse who beat her right on the line, claiming a Sandown Saturday win in June and $188,000 in Prize Money so far.

Majestic Style will be well placed in NSW by the Perry Stable and looks to be a horse with considerable promise. Metropolitan starts in Midway level are the aim for this preparation.
