Description
An impressive style of 5yo gelding. Lightly raced, Moon Stories has only had 10 starts for 2 wins, 1 second and 2 third placings. A 2 time winner at 1600m, Moon Stories has placed over 1200m first up and is also placed at Kembla Grange over 1400m. At his third race started he competed in the Group 3 Spring Stakes and was far from disgraced finishing mid field. Moon Stories has a stack of ability and has always given the indication he would run 2000m or further. Moon Stories has tested the patience of his ownership group with his current habit of not jumping from the barriers (and must trial before returning to the races) and hence is offered for sale unreserved. Moon Stories is a lovely horse to handle, swims, floats etc. Moon Stories has had some basic training over jumps and would make a great eventer / show jumper following his racing career. Moon Stories is sound and has never had any injuries. Enquiries and inspections most welcome.
Moon Stories is currently located at Kooringal Stud (went to the spelling paddock on the 24th October so has plenty of residual fitness).
