Description
Notes is a 5yo gelding by Group 1 winning sire Wrote. He is out of the Fusaichi Pegasus mare, Glitter Woman. Notes’ half-sister, Glitzabeel, has produced Group 1 winner Princess Jenni, whose sire was High Chaparral.
Notes was able to break his maiden in dominant fashion at just his second start in New Zealand, after finishing runner up to subsequent Group 1 winner La Crique on debut. He was then moved across the ditch, where it took him just two starts to break through in Victoria.
It is felt the horse is now looking for a change of environment, with his form tapering off. He is a horse that is certainly capable of winning more races should he be able to recapture his early promise.
