Description

Steel My Thunder is a nice 4yo mare by Capitalist. She has had 14 starts for 2 wins and 1 placing. It took a few preparations to work her out, which as you will see by her form, she is a very fast mare, suited to the short trips around the 800m – 1000m range.

She races best when fresh and her last few starts are not a true indication of her best form as she just trained off by the end of the prep.

She is a nice style of mare, very sound, not a single drama, just a bit limited for our syndicate.

She would suit a provincial/country trainer who can place her where she can continue to be very competitive. She definitely has more wins left in store for her in the right jurisdiction.

She went out to the paddock after her last start on the 27th November. I would suggest a couple more weeks or so out to freshen her right up and she will bounce back to her best.

This sale is to disperse a partnership.
