Zia is a 3-year-old filly by Zoustar. She is out of the precocious, listed winning mare Soviet Secret, who has produced two winners from three foals.

Zia is very lightly raced, having only had three career starts. She won her first two starts, including a Listed win at only her second outing. She also competed in the $1 million Group 2 Sires Produce Stakes.

The filly is currently recovering from a humeral stress fracture. She requires a four month spell, and has completed 85 days (13.12.23).
