Description
Filly From a Current Family Doing Big Things
This well-grown Hanseatic filly is from a current family that provides an opportunity to get into one of the best families in the studbook.
This filly’s 2yo half brother has placed at the races this season in NZ and is being aimed at the Karaka Million for Te Akau. He was a $200,000 yearling at Karaka this year.
Hailing from the family of this year’s Golden Slipper winner Shinzo along with current and exciting 2yo Prost, a placegetter in the Breeders Plate this season.
This filly is by exciting first season sire Hanseatic, a Blue Diamond runner-up and precocious 2yo. This filly is bred to be early and quick.
She is out of a Fastnet Rock mare, a champion sire that is already making a name as a broodmare sire being the dam sire of over 100 stakes winners.
She is a well-grown filly with plenty of size and strength.
Owner has a large number of horses and is consolidating his portfolio; she is for genuine sale. She has a wonderful temperament and no vices.

Please note this filly was admitted to Avenel on the 30th October for a laceration to the medial aspect of the near hind cannon. This wound was surgically repaired under anaesthesia to obtain the best cosmetic outcome. The wound has healed unremarkably and the filly has since returned to normal management in a big field. Full surgical report is available.
