Description

DUAL STAR was runner-up (0.2L) behind subsequent Group 1 Golden Slipper winner MOSSFUN in the Listed Inglis Nursey as a 2YO.
While she is the dam of 4-time winner KING’S CAPITAL (HK$3,484,775) and SHALSTAR - 7 starts for 4 wins and 2 placings, including 0.1L runner-up in the Listed Alinghi Stakes (1100m). Shalstar has been covered by MAURICE (Service Fee: $82,500) in her first season at stud this year.
Dual Star is also the dam of exciting 2yo ROSELYN’S STAR, the full-brother to Shalstar was second (0.97L) in the first set of NSW 2YO trials behind subsequent Group 3 Breeders’ Plate runner-up STRAIGHT CHARGE. The John O’Shea trained colt will no doubt be aimed at stakes races during his juvenile season.

DOUBTLAND was a $1.1m Easter graduate, the highest priced NOT A SINGLE DOUBT yearling sold in 2019. An undefeated Group winning 2YO, he won the Kindergarten Stakes by a record margin (4L) for a colt. He then trained on as a 3YO to win the Group 2 Danehill Stakes. Doubtland covered 250 mares in his first two completed seasons at stud and is well represented by his first crop yearlings at the major sales in 2024.
