Description
A smart, well-bred mare by Triple Crown winning sire, American Pharoah, Pharoah’s Eye is out of a group winning mare at 2 and is a half-sister to multiple group winning filly Lumosty.
She cost $300,000 at the 2021 Inglis Australian Easter Yearling Sale and has the conformation to match.
She is a lovely type with very good size and scope; easy to handle. Unfortunately, she was injured in her 2nd racing preparation, just when she was starting to mature and show some real promise. The current owners are not prepared to give her the time to see if she can recover and are therefore moving her on.
She is being sold as a breeding proposition but any new owner may want to get a further vet’s opinion on her injury as she has now had 6 weeks rest. She is an ideal broodmare prospect with her pedigree, good size & conformation.
