Description

A striking son of Manhattan Rain out of the Refuse To Bend mare 'Lady La Bend', Rain Dance is a half-brother to metro winning mare 'Obedience'. He is a winner over 1800m and has placed a further 3 times including a track record breaking 3rd at Hanging Rock two starts ago.

Rain Dance shows a lot of ability in his morning work but is yet to truly find his feet in his races. He has the ability to win more races providing he is ridden correctly and has plenty of room to improve particularly if he were to find himself in a weaker racing jurisdiction. He can be competitive at distances ranging from 1400 to 2400m.

He has been known to weave, particularly when in a new stable but is otherwise a straight forward gelding with a nice character.
