UP TO MISCHIEF – Talented 3yo Filly – by WRITTEN TYCOON – 5% SHARE ONLY – Trained by Ciaron Maher.
PLEASE NOTE: For Full Disclosure, this share is being sold unreserved, due to client being repossessed for failure to meet ongoing accounts. The client originally owned 25% of UP TO MISCHIEF, their shareholding is now being offered in 5 x 5% shares in this auction.
Here is your opportunity to purchase 1 x 5% Share in UP TO MISCHIEF ($190,000 Magic Millions Yearling). She’s a very exciting daughter of WRITTEN TYCOON that’s raced on 1 occasion for 1 win at Canberra in October. She was backed into favourite and our owners got the lot, she’s well above Canberra grade but she was sent down there for a kill on debut and duly saluted.
UP TO MISCHIEF is a grand daughter of Gr1 Winner CHEEKY CHOICE, she is closely related to Stakes Winners BLONDEAU & GYPSY GODDESS. She has always been a touch immature, she needed time to fill into her frame and as you can see from her race record, we’ve been very patient with her. She trialled the house down as a 2yo, we resisted the temptation to run her with a view time was on her side.
Last prep, she had two nice trials with the hand brake on at home before getting the cash on debut. We again elected to give her a nice break following the win to target feature races in the Autumn/ Winter.
Up To Mischief was given 55 days off following the win at Canberra, she then pre-trained out of the paddock at Gooree Park for 36 days and has been back in work with Ciaron for the last 10 days. She will have her first grass gallop of the prep next week and will build towards a trial over the next four weeks.
The lucky buyer is getting involved in a high quality racehorse that is ready to reach her full potential. She’s only had one start for one win, when she really wasn’t mature enough to go to the races. All the patient waiting has been done and you now get the chance to enjoy the upside.
This is a genuine sale of a 5% Share ONLY, of a horse which has shown nice ability and she’s only at the start of her preparation.
