Description
SO YOU KNEW is a lightly raced 5YO gelding by SO YOU THINK out of the imported Brazilian mare, Loving New.
He has only had 16 lifetime starts for one victory, two seconds and three thirds, also finishing fourth on a further two occasions.
He was last seen racing at Eagle Farm on the 26th of January 2024 and was sent to the spelling paddock straight after this run. He could come straight back in work if his new owners desired, or continue to spell.
He did have an extended spell in the early part of 2023, due to an off front suspensory injury, but has completed his rehabilitation and raced without issues since this occurred.
He is being sold as his ownership group would prefer to race Metropolitan level horses.
He is a horse that still has plenty of upside and may be suited racing in a provincial or country grade, particularly over ground. He is good to handle on the ground and also under saddle. He may also benefit from a smaller stable environment.
He stands approximately 16.1hh.
