Offered for genuine unreserved sale is COURT COMMANDS half-sister Court Flying. This beautiful natured Flying Spur mare is for sale with a positive scan in foal to DIRTY WORK, the electric sprinting son of Written Tycoon.

The mating of Dirty Work over Court Flying (a Flying Spur mare) is a genuine commercial proposition given the stats indicate the majority are being retained by the breeders.. Of his first crop of 112 foals, just 9 Dirty Work yearlings have sold, at an average of $130k, and with just 40 being catalogued in the forthcoming sales.

Court Flying's cover by Dirty Work is a G1 Goldmine 20:20 mating, bred along similar lines to Oakliegh Plate winner, Bruckner and Rich Hips, the Mannerism and 2 time HKJC Stakes winner. Even at this eary stage, sons of Written Tycoon (Capitalist, Rich Enuff) are showing an affinity to both Flying Spur mares and the Danehill line generally.

As a broodmare sire, FLYING SPUR continues to perform, currently sitting 3rd on the tables by earnings for the 23-24 season (5th last season).

'Shelly' is a no fuss mare to float, is excellent for the farrier and in the crush, needling, drenching etc with no vices and she foals down without a problem. Our breeding strategy has altered allowing this lovely mare to be offered for unreserved sale.

Standing at 15.3+hh, this correct mare is a great type, with a deep girth, powerful shoulder and hind quarter to match. Her legs are clean; her top-line strong, she has a kind eye and is a confident mare in the herd. She throws a good type as shown in the photos.
