Description
Fermented is a very lightly raced 4yo mare by Pierro, only having had the 1 start to date. She possesses a tonne of ability, as seen when winning a jump out in Victoria, beating home a race-fit Veight by 8 lengths comfortably.
Her one race start did not show her true potential as she pulled up sore, having chipped her left knee. She was given the surgery and the time out to recover. She returned in great order, trialling very nicely in an easy hit out, however she re-aggravated that same injury as you can see in the attached vet report.
For that reason, she is being sold as a broodmare prospect only.
She was a $150k yearling and is an outstanding type. She would produce stunning foals, who can inherit her above average talent. She has not been overtaxed and has left nothing on the racetrack, she has it all in her to produce quality offspring. This could be an outstanding purchase for the keen breeder!
She stands at approximately 16hh.
