Lonhro mare, in foal to Invader, with a filly at foot, sired by The Mission.

The filly (The Mission) is an early foal, who is strongly built and she is ready to be weaned as soon as you get her home.

The Mission has been a good producer at Aquis Farm and was Champion Queensland First Season Sire 21/22. The sire of $1.4M earner, Yellow Brick.

The Mission over Lonhro/Zabeel mares has produced many winners including - Perfect Mission, Mishani Warfare, Mission Estate, Combat Mission, Body and Soul, Mishani Mental etc.

Invader has also been a good producer very early in his stallion career. He was a Top 5 Australian First Season Sire by winners in 2021/22.

Invader became the first second season sire to produce a Group 1 winner – Sunshine In Paris (who would subsequently be sold for $3.9 million at the Magic Millions Broodmare Sale).

Lomasu is a half sister to recent very good Queensland stayer, Ingeegoodbee, She has two named foals:

She's Rewarding (Reward For Effort), winner of 2 races, who is racing consistently in northern NSW.

Milton (Highland Reel) who is finally about to make his race debut in Tasmania. He has been close to racing several times, in previous preps, but had some mishaps/setbacks. A very clean winded horse, who is expected to run well once he gets out in distance.

Her third foal is a Highland Reel colt, who has grown up in the sunshine at Aquis Farm and he is a strapping yearling.

The Mission filly is her fourth foal and the Invader will be her fifth, foaling down later in 2024.

Lomasu is a beautiful mare, who usually has a lovely rich Brown coat, but you will see in the most recent photos that she has a case of 'Queensland Itch' - seasonal insect bite hypersensitivity, which has made her less attractive. This condition is being treated and will clear up with ongoing treatment and relocation.
