TAGALOA Colt out of young, 2YO winning, HINCHINBROOK mare.
This Colt is out of the Hinchinbrook mare, Oriental Lily.
Oriental Lily was a very precocious 2YO filly that had 7 starts, winning on one occasion and placing second on three occasions. As a 3YO she won three races and placed 4th in the Edward Manifold (behind multiple G1-placed Moonlight Maid and G2-winning Fascino)
This is her second foal, with her first foal being a 2-year-old son of Grunt named Under The Hood, who was a 2023 Magic Millions Gold Coast purchase for Champion Thoroughbreds and Seib Racing.
Tagaloa had a very successful Magic Millions Sale, first yearlings by the G1 Blue Diamond winner sold for up to eight times their conception fee, with purchasers including Waller Racing/ Mulcaster Bloodstock, Triple Crown Syndications, Australian Bloodstock, Dalziel Bloodstock/ Moody Racing, Matt Laurie and Tagaloa's own trainers; Trent Busuttin and Natalie Young.
