Description

Californian is a talented son of JUSTIFY.

He was an impressive winner on debut as a 2YO against the older horses. He was then placed at his next 3 starts, twice behind subsequent Gr 1 VRC Oaks winner Zardozi.

Gelded after his run in the Gr 1 JJ Atkins and given a good break, he came back a much stronger horse that we were programming towards the Autumn and Winter 3-year-old staying feature races.

Unfortunately, he suffered an injury to the LF medial suspensory branch in late December. See attached vet report from 6th February which states there has been significant improvement on scan. The horse is not far off being able to commence exercise.

He's a serious racehorse and there is plenty of upside with him for new owners .

Paid up for Magic Millions race series and BOBS.

Offered for genuine sale as ownership group reducing numbers of older stock with yearlings coming through the system.
