Description
By Queensland’s Champion sire Spirit of Boom, the sire of 26 stakes winners led by the Group 1 Manikato Stakes winner Jonker, this unraced 3yo filly is out of the three-time-winning Shamardal mare Holder Sunset from the family of Group 2 winners Montana Flyer and Brom Brom.
The current yearling out of Holder Sunset, a full sister to this filly has been named Tengun Jessie as is in the Queensland stable of Chris Anderson, while the current 2yo named Micro Magic (Microphone) is part of the Marc Conners yard and finished fourth at his only start to date.
Shamardal as a broodmare sire has produced 188 stakes performers headlines by the likes of Group 1 winners the likes of Imperatriz, Private Eye, La Trobe and Converge, while the Spirit Of Boom x Shamardal pedigree cross has 100 % winners to runners.
For sale to reduce numbers, well handled, quiet filly but unbroken due to growth plate issues in her knees, is sound for breeding and could be broken in if desired.
She currently stands at 15.3 & 3/4 and weighs 540kg.
